2008 Bull Test

Our bull test this year was conducted at our new facility.  The 41 bulls on test gained an average 4.29 lbs/day over the 112-day test with a feed efficiency of just 5.35 lbs of feed/lb gain.  Click the link below for the full test data on the 2208 bulls, and plan to join us for our 2009 open house.

Wardens Farm may very well provide more information about our yearling bulls than any other seedstock supplier in the business.  Besides complete pedigree information, we arm our customers with performance data relating to:

Growth:
Birth, weaning, and yearling weights and EPD's, test average daily gain and ratio, weight per day of age and ratio, test feed efficiency and ratio (for 30 head).

Carcass traits:
Ultrasound rib eye area, fat thickness, and % intramuscular fat, carcass and ultrasound EPD's on many of our bulls.

Other traits:
Scrotal circumference, frame score, milk EPD.
